About Sika ne Gold

A Ghanaian self-financing gold aggregator.

“Sika” is gold in Twi. Sika ne Gold funds local buying from licensed miners and traders, refines in Ghana and exports 1 kg bullion, working under Ghana Gold Board (Act 1140) frameworks.

Our story

Rooted in Ghana’s gold heritage

Ghana has produced gold for centuries and remains one of Africa’s leading producers. Sika ne Gold was founded in Ghana to connect that production to institutional demand through a disciplined, documented route to market.

We work with licensed mining operations and local licensed traders, fund and aggregate doré ourselves, refine it at a GoldBod-approved refinery, and handle assay, export approval and delivery, so offtakers deal with one capitalised counterparty from first enquiry to final delivery.

Responsible sourcing

OECD-aligned, from the ground up

Our sourcing approach is aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. We identify and assess supply-chain risk, and decline gold where provenance or counterparty integrity cannot be established.

Read our compliance framework
  • Source only from licensed miners and licensed local traders
  • Know-your-supplier checks and site information on file
  • No tolerance for child or forced labour, or conflict financing
  • Mercury-reduction and environmental expectations communicated to suppliers
  • Documented chain of custody from feedstock lot to each 1 kg bar
